Trevor Eddy

FAIM, FFinsia, Accredited International Senior Executive Coach, Associate at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and Associate Leadership Victoria. Trevor has undertaken a range of diverse roles during his career with NAB that focused on rebuilding key functions, transforming sales and customer service and leading start up businesses in financial planning and agribusiness. His leadership as General Manager, Professional Development resulted in NAB receiving numerous awards including the Australian Government Award for Outstanding Business and Innovation and the AHRI Award for Outstanding Industry Training Programs. He provided leadership of project control boards within the bank and oversaw a number of major initiatives including customer satisfaction, coaching, Strategic Business Acumen and mentoring across the business. He has led change initiatives in companies such as Telstra and Mobil Oil.

Trevor runs his own successful coaching and consulting business. Organisations who use or have used Trevor’s coaching, consulting, facilitation, sales leadership and business expertise either through IECL or as an independent consultant include Johnson Controls, Australia Post, Fujitsu, SCA Hygiene Australasia, NAB Broker, CGU, CBA, ANZ, Westpac, Defence Bank,TOTE Tasmania, EPA Victoria, World Vision and BT Financial Services. He holds qualifications in banking and finance, financial planning, training and education, graduated from AGSM and also the JCI World Leadership Academy (Japan). He is a life member and Senator of JCI. Having spent more than 30 years working in the community, he was National President and assistant to the World Vice President in the Junior Chamber of Commerce. He is currently chairman of three community boards, serves on a further three industry advisory boards including RMIT and provides pro bono coaching and consulting to a number of not for profit organisations. Trevor received World Awards for Outstanding Community Leadership in 1984, 1989 and 1990.
