Robin Kramar

Professor Robin Kramar AM

BCom(Hons), (UNSW); MCom(Hons), (UNSW); PhD:  (USyd)

Professor Kramar is an experienced senior academic with an international reputation in the field of human resource management. She was Professor of Human Resource Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management between 1993-2011 and the Australian Catholic University from 2011-2016. Prior to this she was employed at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales.

Professor Kramar also serves on the Advisory Research Panel of the Australian Institute of Human Resource Management. Professor Kramar has had extensive experience in course development at the University of Sydney, the University of New South Wales, and the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Professor Kramar has also held visiting Professorial roles at the University of Gent, Belgium, IGR University of Rennes, France and the Cranfield Business School, UK. In addition she has extensive research experience, publications and teaching experience, Professor Kramar has been actively engaged in the professional community as a journal editor, editorial board member and member of the Advisory Panel on Research for the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Professor Kramar has also provided consulting services to the Department of Human Services, the Reserve Bank, CCH Pty Ltd, Kent Institute, the Department of Small Business, the Department of Industrial Relations, OSR Consulting, the Department of Environment and Heritage, and the NSW Department of Industrial Relations.

She serves on the Academic Boards of the Melbourne Institute of Higher Education and the Asia Pacific International College and the  Governing Council of Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology.
