Whether working with teams or managing entire businesses, Graham’s collaborative and insightful approach to leadership, strategy development, planning, execution and change management generally, empowers people and organisations to realise their full potential and achieve real results. Graham is a passionate supporter of the Business Excellence movement and has extensive and hands-on experience in delivering cultural change, process re-engineering, service enhancement and cost reduction. He has also worked in turnaround situations where just securing the future of the business was the mission critical requirement.
